Budget Security is a self-serve penetration testing platform headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. Founded in 2025 by operators with thousands of pentests delivered across the past decade, the company has rebuilt the pentest delivery model around four pillars: AI-driven goal-based scoping, dashboard-based delivery, a veteran OSCP-certified testing team, and transparent fit-to-budget pricing.

Customers register IT assets once, pick an asset and a goal (full pentest, SOC 2 readiness, NIS2 audit prep, ISO 27001 scope, authenticated-only review, etc.) and a budget. The platform's scoping AI proposes a test plan and shows a live tradeoff preview as days are added or removed, what gets deeper coverage, what gets cut, and whether the resulting scope still meets the stated compliance goal. Delivery runs through a customer dashboard with issue tracking, asset management, re-tests, and multi-engagement history, not an encrypted PDF over email.

Pricing is published on the site. Day rates start at €849. The price is presented as a consequence of removing waste (over-scoping, project management overhead, sales-cycle cost), not as a discount on the service itself. Testing depth matches what premium consultancies deliver.

The platform serves customers globally, with Phase 1 markets in the European Union (NIS2), United States (SOC 2), and United Kingdom (Cyber Essentials). Full bilingual content in English and Dutch.
